Your laundry room, basement and roof are almost as common as water leaks and damage to your bathroom and kitchen should be. So what can you do?

Check your hoses for washer fluid often at the ends of the tube and signs of cracks or defects. The pipe must be replaced as often as necessary, but should not exceed three years there are five.

The water heater in your home can cause problems. If there are areas of rust on the tank or wetlands in the ground nearby, perhaps you have a leak on your hands.
